While my husband and I have not yet met Mike, we will be forever grateful for his help, kindness and professionalism. Recently, at 8:00pm on a Friday night, our dog vomited on our brand new Persian rug. No effort to blot the area was making an impact, and an immediate stain had developed. In desperation, I searched online for cleaning instructions, and came across Mike's website. I took a chance and called, and despite the late hour, Mike answered. For more than 30 minutes he stayed on the phone with us, providing detailed instruction for care. He was patient, helpful and incredibly encouraging throughout the process. To his credit, the process of cleaning worked and there was no stain leftover! Had there been a residual stain after our efforts, we would not have thought twice about driving more than 80 miles to bring the rug to Persian Fine Import Rugs for professional cleaning. We look forward to a time when we can shop for another new rug from Mike and will always utilize his services for cleaning. Thank you! If there were more people in business like you, the world would be a better place.

Lots of selection to suit wide variety of budgets and styles. Michael really knows his business, very pleasant to work with, and genuinely helpful in decision making. His integrity shines through. One of carpets brought home was not quite the right size and style and no problem, brought back next day for exchange and settled on differential. Such flexible service really makes the difference. The beautiful carpets transformed rooms in our house. Look forward to returning for more functional floor art.

I have been a customer of the Persia Rug Gallery for 20+ years. The owner, Michael is a true gentleman. His knowledge of Persian rugs is excellent. I have several antique rugs that he both cleans and repairs and his workmanship is outstanding. Most of all, he is a person of great integrity. I can recommend him without reservation.
