Scheduled an appointment for between 7 and 10am. Got a text at 9 saying they were on an emergency call and would contact me at noon. They never contacted me so I reached out at 3 and the response was quite rude so I cancelled the service visit. Do not use this business if you value your time. They clearly do not value their customers time.

Mark was great. He confirmed our appointment the night before, he was prompt, professional and fixed our electrical issues quickly. He also advised on on how to avoid future problems. He was great. I would definitely recommend Mr. Electric.

Very professional, came when they said they would, did the job, cleaned up, nice guys who didn't condescend when explaining what they were proposing. Wayne and Mark were terrific, I highly recommend them.
