The place was very nice and so were the drinks and food but they didn't really enforce mask policy at all

Came here with my family on Saturday. Yes we expected it to be busy on a Saturday night, that’s why we made reservations a day ahead. The person on the phone on Friday told us our party would have to be split up, with a lane in between due to covid. Sure, makes sense I was expecting that. It was until we walked in, greeted by incredibly rude staff and brought to a lane right next to a party of TEN PEOPLE. Does covid not exist anymore? What happened to the lane separation? How is it that my family of 7 has to be split amongst 2 lanes but another family of 10 can be right next to us in the SAME section. Very disappointed with my experience. The company would rather book every single lane full to the max than provide safety for their guests.

Very good atmosphere and had sum good food and the lanes were great.

This place is extremely expensive for bad, rude, uncomfortable service. The male manager seems annoyed about even being there and one of the female waitresses ran around the place telling everyone to make sure even when eating and drinking masks were on. I was with a group of kids and we sat at a side separate table to eat apps. As one of the kids was chewing she ran over the tell him to put his mask up. He said sorry I was taking a bite and chewing and In an extremely rude way she said masks on at all times. We were forced to chew and eat under the mask. I said to her even at restaurants you can remove your mask to eat and she said we aren’t a restaurant. My family is compliant with safety regulations and the kids wear masks with no complaints but to feel like you have someone watching you while you chew and give warnings to these kids after spending over $200 is absolutely ludicrous. The whole time we spent bowling we never removed masks. I also watched to see their cleaning protocols and saw none. It seems like The staff is told to Harass customers about masks 100% of the time but don’t have their own protocols in place. The family next to us started using straws for all their drinks including beer because she had warned them so many times not to remove their masks while drinking. I’ll never return to this place. If your looking for a relaxing place for your family this is definitely not your spot. Expensive, bad service and rude employees.
