Awesome gym. Every piece of lifting equipment you could dream of and lots of free weights. Clean and well maintained. And if you forget your headphones don't worry they always have good music playing. There's also a nice coffee and food bar being built as well as a supplement store.
Great gym. Clean. 24 hour access which means no excuses of why you can't get a workout in. Always growing it appears they are putting in for coffee bar of sorts. Ownership is very responsive to members inquiries.
When it comes to Covid requirements. i don't think the members are following protocals, as many of the members lifting weights were not wearing mask and there wasn't any social distancing. I didn't see any members cleaning the equipment after each use. Flu season is around the corner, if owners don't take the next steps in making it mandatory for members to wear a mask many people will be getting sick.
Great place, great guys, awesome place to workout!
Not sure what the last guy was talking about. I’ve been going to Empire for years and everyone follows Covid protocol there and washes down their equipment.
