Circle of online waiting over 1 hour. Don't even think of calling. Teasing me with promises a little then circle game again

This review is only about the pharmacy.nThey are not the least bit helpful.they say they are going to transfer a prescription to another pharmacy. Instead of them picking up the phone and helping me they said I have to call so I did and Walgreens helped me. However again cvs did not transfer it over.Do they need more help?or is it just lazy incompetence?get it together already.
