They were FABULOUS !! They hD to wait until the sale record, on a Friday! We got ok at like 4. They came with n extra crew and kicked butt! Guys were cool and super accommodating !! Great service !
I called to schedule to use their services, woman on the phone was beyond rude. I was told she couldn’t understand me, which wasn’t her concern she was booked up until January anyway then she hung up on me. She was a complete snot. Very unprofessional.
I have used them in the past, but now their operation is totally incompetent. They were too busy to send me their best personnel. Liberty Movers damaged multiple items of my property. They have been unresponsive compensating me for all the damage I have discovered. I have attempted to reach out to Steve and he has been dismissive regarding my damages, therefore I recommend you choose somebody else. Here is a picture of my DKN whole body vibration machine that cost over $4,000 they broke. I found the broken part hidden in a box.
The service was excellent with such great customer service!!
