My experience with them, lately, has been awful. If all I get is voicemail when I call and I leave a message, I can forget about a call back. If I speak to the secretary, it's not much more than a voice on the phone. She tells me she relays my message to the inspectors and still I get no call back. I've called almost everyday for the same, one inspection for 2 weeks for this broken record of a pattern.

Called to be informed in my tenant rights and determined that they could help enforce a problem I had with my apartment property management. They can to do anninspection and forced the management to hand over documentation I was entitled too that the complex wanted to withhold. Easy to get in touch with and very prompt in responding and made me feel more at ease with my situation.
