We have multiple cars (6), a motorcycle, a boat and home insurance through New Lakeside for over 20 years. I love that they assign someone to your account which insures personal attention, as well as knowledge of your coverage. We had Sonia A for many years, then Becca K for several and now Sonia again past 3 years. They have always been incredibly responsive, and also answer and explain options to me in a way that makes it all understandable never losing any patience when I have asked them to please explain one more time! I would recommend them without reservation.

My business has been with Lakeside & Dudley Insurance for many, many years and I can say 100% that I have ALWAYS been treated with the most respect and feeling like my company and myself are very important to them. My agent is top of the field from the different insurance agents I have dealt with over the years even before I had them handle more of my needs. I never liked changing up my people that work for me but having changing different companies to Lakeside & Dudley was so easy and the right move for me.

My insurance costs me more than half of what my car is worth and doesn't cover anything.nI would never give these people my money if I wasn't legally required to have insurance in order to drive.nI hate everything about them and was shocked when they asked me to leave a review.

Having Becca Krause as our account manager for our personal insurance has been wonderful. Her response time is outstanding and she always takes the time to fully discuss our options with us. We have registered several vehicles, new ands transfers, renewed home insurance and compared coverages. She is a pleasure to work with.
