Great customer service oriented business, fast and affordable repairs, also all kinds of equipment for sale, like generators, snow blowers and tractors. They service all kind of big and small equipment as well.

I was in need of a bigger chainsaw ,and a family member told me about a echo chainsaw his work bought from Carl's ,and that it was a powerfull and great running saw ,he has been using it moderately for about a year , and has always started and runs great , so I gave Carl's a call to see if they had one in stock and get a price ,they had one and the price was great ,so I bought it , the lady I dealt with was very helpfull and knowledge on the Echo products and recommended the pre mixed gas which I agree is a must in today's saws , I am at this point very happy with buying the saw from Carl's and look fwd to future purchases there .i would highly recommend echo chainsaws and buying any of the brand's Carl's sell ,from Carl's service station .

Tractor was revving really high regardless of throttle position.nCalled Steve. Said there was a 3 day backup. But could do the work. They picked it up that day.nWhen he came to pick it up he immediately knew what was wrong. He was super informative and helpful. Said my problem could lead to bigger problems but didnt try to over sell.nReplaced carburetor (which was the problem), added a fuel filter , tightened all the belts and even greased all the front end parts. Included.nThe best part they had it done the very next day. And dropped it back off.nSteve was Honest and exceeded my expectations. Thanks

Been coming here for years for tune up and maintenance of my Lawn mower and Snowblower. This year I bought my new lawn mower from them.

I did not have a good experience with Carl's. Sent my Cub Cadet lawn tractor to them for a seasonal tune up. When it came back, the hood was broken off at the mounts and placed back on to look like nothing had happened. They did not say a word to me about it. I discovered it shortly after getting it back. I also found a plate for the transmission release hanging in back of tractor. It did not go out that way. They claimed they knew nothing about it. I had to send it back to them for repair and pay them to fix it. It came back to me hooked up wrong. Will never go there again.
