The equipment is way out of date, the only one who knows what she's doing is the receptionist who also does cleanings. The helper had no clue what to do and was extremely lazy. I didn't appreciate being dipped almost completely upside down, nor did I enjoy having suction staying anywhere on the inside of my mouth. The dentist couldn't even get the equipment to work half the time... I wasn't given any time to close my mouth and rest it during 4 fillings! When I was done my jaw wouldn't stop popping for a half hour! I couldn't even talk! My fillings, 6 total in 1 week period weren't smoothened out nor was my bite checked via the paper test so now my bite isn't correct and my bottom front teeth bump against my upper front fillings... I will never ever go back to this place. I have been having chronic neck pain since then and even after a visit to my osteopath my swelling in my neck has only gotten worse from whatever this dentist did to me... It was neglect and laziness! I strongly do not recomend this place! As typical however, it's the best local place that Mass Health is accepted... gotta love our government! *sarcasm*
