Don't expect good customer service from the managers or to get servers that know what they're doing.nnThe food on the other hand, was excellent. Only reason for the two stars. Every steak ordered was perfectly cooked to requested spec. I hope who ever is cooking for them right now finds a better work environment.
Stopped for a quick lunch before we left town before traveling to CT. They have three lunch columns (call them A,B, and C). A is Classic and C is Signature and B is ability to pick one from A and one from C. Each column has two soup choices, two salad choices, and three 1/2 sandwiches or smaller portions of menu items. Both meals were tasty and lots of good choices. Price for lunch specials like this is about average. Quick efficient service and food came fairly quickly so good for lunch.
The food was great but not the service ud83dude12 we had to several times request to our waitress to provide us with condiments and napkins. The table wasn't being pick up usually at any restaurant as you finish they come and take what's not needed. It could of been a more pleasant experience The point is the waitress wasn't attentive at all other people around me who had her were complaining about the same thing. I tried but hopefully she has a better day tomorrow.
Usually love this location and have no issues, but I odered take-out and my burger was almost completely raw! I know some like it like this, but their options are “pink” or “no pink”, and I chose no pink! Haven’t heard back from management about this yet.
The Server Chris was very kind, patient, and easy going to work with. I had a gift card and decided to go and get some ribs and french fries to eat for supper that night. I had gotten the 2 for $22.00 deal. And saved the other for dinner the next night. Very tasty and delicious food.
