My mom hired him for our roof, and the deck and he doesn’t even know the building codes for constructing a deck. And had no workers to help with the roof. Causing my mom to spend more money on having to redo everything he did with the deck. 4 months into the job and nothing was done. More of a handy man with limited knowledge. Make sure to look for some who is licensed and insured.
