Dr Shelley was great with our kids and we have no issue with him.nnThe issue we just experienced is that they billed the routine eye exam as medical instead of a routine eye exam. The billing department said this is because he is a specialist and an MD. This requires us to pay an additional $70. The billing person we talked to was dismissive and not pleasant to discuss this issue. Won't be going back based on their billing strategy. Im sure this is beyond his control but it is reflective of the practice he is a part of.

What an amazing doctor. Fabulous bedside manner, AMAZING with children, and so very knowledgeable!!! I wish all other doctors could be like him. And his staff is so kind and friendly. THANK YOU
