Edit: After a follow up call with the manager I've changed my review to 3 stars and will see how things go from here on out.nn50/50 chance of a good experience here. Sometimes it's great with fresh food and positive employees. Other times you can tell they're hating their job and you get burnt fries. It's a gamble on fries every time. Changed my review.. After they gave me the wrong sandwich 3 times in a row.. And then told me I was ordering it wrong.. When I've order the same sandwich the same way all my life #fatguyproblemsnnUPDATE UPDATE READ ALL ABOUT IT! - 4/15/2021 It's been a year since my last review. I'm dropping it back down to 1 star. They left out the cheese on my sandwich literally the same problem every time. I know I saw it on the menu board right but they didn't give me a receipt. Something new I've noticed about fast food places lately. They aren't giving receipts anymore. Take note.

They refused to serve me at the drive thru because I am on foot even though their lobby is closed. Make of that what you will

I wish there was another location close by. It's clear that this location does not wish to adhere to the most basic of customer service, cleanliness, or food prep.nnFood was cold out the window, and is constantly wrong, missing items, incorrect items, the usual.nnI keep going back assuming the staff has a high turn around rate and maybe they got some competent workers. So for that has not happened.

it's a franchise so the food should be consistent across other McDonald's -- this location is a bit slow and there's only one curbside pickup parking spot (#3) which doesn't make sense and they should have #1 and #2 as well -- it would help customers with babies who can't go into the restaurant to pick up their orders when the drive thru already has 10 cars backed up. last time I went, I ordered the blazers free nuggets for curbside pickup but they didn't bring it out for so long I just left without the food (couldn't go in bc I had baby in the car)
