Our 6 mo old puppy had a congenital diaphragmatic hernia..He was throwing up at night, breathing hard, and after receiving the diagnosis at another vet, we knew his life expectancy was short. Thankfully I had some savings.I paid half up front and the rest we have 8 mos to pay off..Less than $3000 for all of it. A regular vet would have charged a lot more than that. The team was caring and gave our puppy a full diagnostic in the consultation incl. x-rays and blood work. He went in overnight, surgery next day, and we got him the following day. They gave us meds for him and instructions for care. He is now much better than before, even while healing. His staples and incision had no adverse effects and he is healing very nicely and playing like a champ. We are VERY happy with the service and the surgery. Our little guy, gods willing, will be with us for much longer now. THANK YOU Oregon Vet School. You are our baby's savior. I know not every surgery can be a victory---but they did a WONDERFUL job for us.

Outstanding experience with OSU school of veterinary! Very pleasant, caring and helpful staff. What a wonderful place to take your pet(s). Couldn't be more pleased with how our appointment went.

they seemed like they cared for my dog but then they added things on to our bill that was never discussed and we didnt authorize them to do. We contacted them about it and they told us they would contact the dean and get back to us in 3 days. Our dog ended up dying the next week, as we were grieving and didnt care about the bill, we didnt call them back for 2 more weeks. They said they had no idea what we were talking about. Had to start from scratch. It took them 2 months to adjust the bill and they didnt even take all of it off. Only about $50 on a bill that was $200 over what was quoted. I dont even think they were good doctors. If this place is a last resort because they have payment plans i guess go to them, but i sure as hell wont ever again!
