I bought a bunch of toys for my sister’s kid. They have a great selection for children aged below 3 years. Do visit them! The store manager was very warm and knowledgeable. She suggested what I might like, enthusiastically!
This store is so lovely with really charming gifts. Also, big praise for Sara, who was such an immense help. My boss, who is blind, called the shop to ask about their toy options for her 6-month-old grandson. Sara described multiple great choices & my boss decided on a little electronic drum & requested gift wrapping. I stopped by later on my own to pick it up. Since it was adorably gift-wrapped already, Sara asked if I wanted to see the drum (since they had several on the shelves) to know for sure what we were getting, then suggested that I take a video while she played the drum so my blind boss could hear the sounds it makes. I was really blown away by her thoughtfulness. So few people that my boss interacts with are able to consider her blindness in such a way. It was such a beautiful thing. & when I played the video for her, she was really touched - & super happy with the product, too. Thank you so much, Sara!
Cute place full of kids stuff, like it!
LOVE this store. The items they carry are very high quality and unique - very well curated, my son loves playing here and I can't help but buy something every time we come in that we end up using all the time. Sarah, the woman who works here, is incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly and welcoming. We make sure to stop in every time we're in town.
Best customer service ever. The lady (I wish I could remember her name) that works there is extremely nice and knowledgeable. I mentioned to her that we ordered the nuna stroller from an online store but didn't have a chance to play around with the stroller. Even though she knew we bought the stroller from somewhere else, she still took the time to show us every single feature of the stroller. She also convinced us to get an extra base to make easier to connect the car seat on the stroller (best purchase ever). We also bought the Herschel diaper bag which is a great bag. I really hope the manager of this store knows the amazing staff that she/he has. We plan on keep going back to the store to buy more stuff for our baby girl.
