Good people make for a good experience. Rebecca, who was receiving patients and answering the phones, was pleasant and efficient. I waited around 10 or 15 minutes until I was called by a young man, I regretfully forget his name, who got me situated in the exam room. About 5 minutes until physicians assistant Donovan Williams entered. His pleasant and confident demeanor instantly put me at ease. Donovan was clearly knowledgeable and skilled at his craft. Discussion,exam, cortisone injection and further discussion. I am very happy I was referred to Samariten Hand to Shoulder Orthopedics in Corvalis.
