About 10 years ago i had troubles with my left shoulder. I frequently delt with the annoying, achy dislocations. Dr. Donald pennington did a amazing job putting in 3 anchors to re-attach my labrum, which was compleatly tore off from top to bottom on the front, and ripped in the back. But to be warned the recovery is way more painful then then pre-operation but once healed all the way, the you will be better off. Since then, my shoulder doesnt feel unstable anymore. My range of motion isnt as good but thats to prevent any future dislocations.
