Got my drink remade twice and still wasn't made correctly. Asked for a soy mocha. Very simple. First time she put just the mocha syrup and milk. No espresso shots. Second time I get it remade she just added extra syrup and still no espresso shots. Grande Mocha = 4 pumps mocha and 2 espresso shots. It's not hard. Waste of almost 6 dollars.
I don't normally prefer Starbucks over local coffee shops, but the service here is fantastic.
Customer service, order dark coffee by app ,after 18 minutes my coffee not ready and 5 minutes to fixingnLook like I order lunch to take this time, I canceled the order I didn't get my points back to my account
