Customer service is everything. Unfortunately I had terrible service and it makes me sad, like a coffee experience should be enjoyable and satisfying. I bought a iced caramel cloud the drink was okay.. I just can't get over how rude the batista was. I never write reviews but seriously little girl do you realize how many people will take your job and do a much better job than you? You brought immaturity and negativity into your work place and I hope you learn how to become a decent human being..nThe little lady with half her head shaved we could have been friends but instead you were sour.
I really enjoy their matcha. Staff is always really friendly and if you don't already have the app and you visit even once a month just get it. You won't regret it. You will be bummed at the number of times you go and didn't use the app.
