Normally my go-to one since it’s on my way to work, but the girl (probably named Kelsie or Samantha or Hannah or something) was not very nice today because I didn’t want to Tip. She went from Chatty Cathy to Quiet Coyote. Dutch Bros is known for over the top customer satisfaction & extremely nice employees, but I’ve noticed a downturn in how nice the employees are. Back in October, I had a hard time getting my free drink on my birthday- they asked if I had a fake ID because I had the new “Real ID.” I was already on the string of cutting it out with this whole “no cash” for whatever reason, but now I just think I’m going to start going elsewhere.
