I am addicted to the Lychee Black tea with cream and boba. It's absolutely fabulous and I love to support a small, super talented business. There are lots of options to choose from as well, I feel like there is something for everyone! I didn't have much of a wait time, there were only a couple people in there with COVID-19, and I felt they have done a good job keeping up with the guidelines.

I had boba tea here for the first time yesterday, and I loved it! The tea was delicious, the restaurant was very clean, and the workers were very nice and helpful. They are also taking plenty of COVID precautions, which is really appreciated. Highly recommend, and I'll definitely be coming back often!

Half the time I go here the boba isnt cooked all the way through and ends up being a really gross consistency. The other half of the time its actually good.

I love April’s Tea House. I do wish they would fix a few things, as after that I feel like it would be perfect. First is order accuracy and consistency - sometimes my drinks come out way different than before. Second is customer service and urgency - i feel like about half the time I come in, it takes an extra few minutes for the worker to notice I arrived at the store. Maybe set up a sensor at the door that makes a beeping noise in the back of the house? One time I came in with a girl on her phone facing the store, I called out to her 4 times, almost yelling to finally get her attention.... but I also haven’t seen her since, probably got fired. Outside those few things I LOVE April’s Tea House and I want to see it succeed! I strongly believe working on mainstreaming and cutting out bad customer service habits before it gets bigger is the way to be more successful.

Great selection of teas, really friendly staff. Its a very small space but usually doesnt get packed.
