The team at Tried & True are being mindful of health guidance without compromising the quality of the coffee and service. Order inside and they’ll bring it to you outside where two tables are available for seating. Seasonal menu options are enticing, so much that I opted for trying gingerbread syrup in a latte. Flavor was subtle and satisfying without being overly sweet. We also got the vanilla latte with oat milk and enjoyed the flavor and the consistency. Tried and True is located near the river walk, making it a gods stop while spending time in Corvallis or traveling through from Cascades to Coast.
High quality in every way; coffee, character, cool-factor. The owners care deeply about their community and staff and they have shown true grit in the midst of a crazy 2020. No better place in town!
Coolest spot in town. Coffee is perf for any weather. Also perfect for savoring but tasty enough to chug. Enjoy it with friends or let it help you enjoy some alone time. I accidentally spilled my delicious T&T coffee on my jeans the other day, now my jeans are worth more than when I bought them.

Stopped in with my mom while traveling through Corvallis and what a great find. Cute little shop tucked on a side street. Nice outside seating, much needed for these times. Quick service, friendly staff, and most importantly good coffee!nnBottom line - Will be back.
