They seem incompetent! Even a simple transaction take 15 minutes to process. You have to use the drive up window and wail in line for almost an hour before you get service and then it takes forever to process. No other bank is this bad. What is going on with U.S. Bank?
Inside closed, drive up line all the way across the parking lot. What is the point of having a bank with physical locations anymore if the customer service and convenience levels are garbage. Find another bank
Absolutely terrible service. Makes you want to find another bank in Albany to bring your business to!
First time writing a review like this and I am only writing it due to how absolutely disgusted I was by the complete lack of customer care and service offered here. I was not surprised in writing this to find so many other reviews describing a similar experience as to what I had. Even the branch manager was extremely condescending and rude.
I can not believe these the lack of customer service and inability these incompetent workers have in executing their job
