Out of all pet stores they're more likely to show general care for their animals. Like minimal care. Employees are very nice, manager not so much. Out of all big company pets stores in the area this is the best

The employees there are wonderful and quite helpful. They make sure you get the best deal possible, and will let you purchase your items in multiple transactions to use multiple coupons. The staff had also been patient with my dog, and were quite understanding when he didn't take them too fondly.

I love going in and seeing all the same employees. They’re helpful and offer great customer service-even in the pandemic they manage to make sure that everyone that comes in wears their masks the right way.
