Your employee was so friendly and helpful in assisting me in finding Zymox LP3 enzyme system Ear Cleanser. She looked in two different places to get the best product recommended by my veterinarian for follow up care after my cats ear infection. I am so thankful for her help!! Thank you also for having the Well and Good Lysine soft chews, my cat loves them and they have helped him stay well. My cat decided he does not like any other Lysine chews

Giving 2 stars only for the fact when we finally got someone to help us he was super friendly EVERYTHING else about this store was a mess!! Looked like a plague went through, nothing was stocked the racks that had stock on them had no one stocking the selves, the whole store looked dirty. We were at the register for close to 5 minutes until I gave up and asked for help from one of the many employees I saw standing around not doing anything was told by them they had to call someone to the register she looked offended that I asked for help! Like I said the cashier that finally came was super nice but we won't be returning to this Petco for shame so much extra staff literally doing nothing no stock and poor customer service.
