Came to pick up a prescription before work for my girlfriends father that they said they called and said they had ready the day before, when I showed up they told us they just received it and it was gonna be 20 minutes until they had it ready. Straight up lied to me cuz they can’t do they job correctly. If you runnin behind tell me and I’ll be understanding but don’t lie to me about why it’s not ready.

I absolutely love this place. The receptionists are excellent and very friendly, the appointment availability is typically high, and quite flexible, testing is typically very timely, and the pharmacy simply can't be beat, both staff and efficiency-wise. Dr. Marske is an absolute wonder to work with, and often breaks any tension with anecdotes and life experiences. I've been coming here regularly for just over a year, and despite being one of just a few patients currently undergoing MtF HRT with Marske, their experience and willingness to communicate with other professionals here on care strategies has proven time and time again to be reliable, safe, and effective. Not to mention a very supportive and welcoming attitude and environment from everyone here. If you're looking at possible transition strategies, don't wait. Come here, give them a try. I've never regretted working with everyone here.nnPlus the phlebotomy expert is hilarious, and incredibly accurate. I've never had a blood draw be enjoyable before coming here.nnProfessional, safe, masked, timely, and friendly. Not enough stars in the world for this place. You guys are the best!

Pharmacists are nice, doctor Greg Miller is horrible. Receptionists are rude.
