Clean and sanitary environment. Staff was trained well and knew what they were doing. Very nice the whole time. Would recommend anyone to try the place out!
They used to give great service. Now you have to yell across a plastic barrier with no mic so they can misunderstand what you want. Last night, wrong meat, wrong sauce, on one burrito and wrong sauce on the other burrito. Then it was a chore apparently to have to check us out with the look of contempt on cashiers face for using app gift cards. What happened to love for the customer? We basically like everything there so why throw it and have it remade, we just took them and they were still good, just not what we ordered. They used to do a song and dance too, long gone and much missed...may be awhile before we go back again.
I ordered two tacos, along with pinto beans and rice, and the girl assembled my tacos, before my eyes. All orders come with a cup of guacamole, which is a great touch. Veggies, olives, cheese and everything else is in trays, and you tell the server what you want on your taco and that's how it's made.
The food was excellent, however the soda machine wasn't working. We sat in the back room near the soda machine and it was very noisy. Also it looked like a storage area and needed some deep cleaning. I don't know if we will go again.
Great food. But literally every time I do the mobile order the food takes 15 minutes longer than the estimate.
