It was my first time getting something framed and had no idea how the process works. Abby was extremely friendly and helpful and walked me through the process. We were able to find a great matt/frame combination for my piece, I couldn't be happier.

My wife and I chose Capitol Hill Museum Quality Framing based on the great reviews we saw here. The art piece we wanted framed had huge sentimental value and we wanted to make sure the framing was nothing short of perfect.nnOn our first visit, we chose the frame and matt materials and waited the standard few weeks for the job to be completed. When we finally brought the piece home and really looked at it, we realized that the white border showing around the art was not equal on all sides. It didn't look right and we couldn't get past it. It was a miscommunication issue.We reached out to the shop and Cheryl, graciously and without question, offered to re-frame the piece at no cost.nnI'm going to admit that we weren't the easiest of customers, but we were always treated with respect, grace, and generosity.
