The ladies in the clerk and recorder's office have always been very helpful and friendly. Good example for government serving the people.

So very personable and helpful almost always. Government...well, it is NOT my favorite organization, due to its inherent wastefulness, inefficiency, busy work sometimes, and paperwork for paperwork's sake. BUT, the folks in the Yellowstone County Clerk and Recorder's office are consistently friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. We know other places where such is not the case. But, in Billings, these are fine folks.
