I was supposed to have a wreath and chocolates delivered to a relative last Friday. It wasn't delivered and I was never contacted. Upon calling on Saturday I was told that the wreaths had to be made by hand and that my recipient's was completed and would be delivered that afternoon - never happened. The RECIPIENT visited the shop on Monday (as they wouldn't return my calls), was shown the wreath and was told it would be delivered later that afternoon. (Note: The recipient offered to take it with her.) NEVER HAPPENED. Again - they're not answering my calls. IF it is delivered I have to wonder if they'll remember the chocolate. One star because when I have talked with a human they've been kind. Maybe this review will get their attention. Please return even one of my three unanswered voicemails. Thank you!
