It's very quick on helping people out.

Lady charged 13 for a flat rate envelope when it's supposed to be 8 (and clearly marked so). When I explained this to her, she made excuses. I'd drive to Lewiston before shipping here again.nnBtw, it's okay to smile at your customers.

Our mail carrier did not pick up my Priority mail package which I place in the large package part of our mail box which had a red flag up. I tried to call the office and was told the hold time is over 1 hour. Now we have to drive 6 miles down the hill to see if they will still honor the label that was to have been shipped 2 days ago.

The lady behind the counter is extremely rude and unhelpful.

Twice in 6 months I have not received my package. Lost they say? Took 6 months to get refund for the first package lost since they showed it was delivered.
