My grandmother was hit by a row of carts at the local Walmart. It knocked her to the ground and she required medical attention. Called and gave all information they asked for, was told I’d get a call back and weeks later I never did. Personally even if it was a case you couldn’t take a call back still would have been acceptable. The receptionist also wasn’t very friendly or personable to speak with.
