Flixbus

We drove to the address given. The address given did not match the map. However we were early, there were buses and there were other customers. We checked the Electronic tracking ( which does not update in real time) we then realized it had passed our stop. We tried to call the number provided. The supervisor did not speak clear English and could not help us. We had to buy another ticket on another shuttle. We asked Flixbus for a voucher given the problem we experienced. The refused. Never take this form of transportation if you want to get there in a timely manner and be treated properly
