Vitality is amazing! I would send anyone struggling with any mental health issues or addiction issues there for help! They have everything you need there! Medication management, peer support, case management, and therapy!!!

An amazing place for treatment! I would highly recommend the inpatient program or outpatient for anyone struggling in Carson or Elko, and surrounding areas! Great staff!!!

Worst psychiatric treatment clinic I've ever been to. Nurses and staff were ok, but the psychiatrist was a condescending jerk. Not even a real psychiatrist either, just a nurse that prescribed medication and made judgments about me based on personal prejudices. Accused me of abusing all of my medications and wouldn't prescribe them anymore. But was happy to schedule another appointment. But since I was seeing him for medication management I failed to see a point. Found out later the guy has a reputation for that kind of behavior.

If you want to be talked down to for 28 days and do nothing that will benefit your long term sobriety, go here. A throwaway rehab, with slumlord owners and a cruel lead tech/office manager....their success rate is nonexistent. I recommend reading the employee reviews also.n-The worst rehab in Nevada.
