I hate going here alot they can go and kiss my a$$ they always have a bad attitude. There customer service is horrible. Always they are Incompetent and lack intelligence. When you call the ask for supplies they are always super rude. Just overall a horrible organization

Can't stand Lincare. The people at the Carson City office are okay but it's a hassle to get someone on the phone. Corporate office forget it. Can't get anyone on the phone. Instead they mess up your bills and send you threatening letters even though you pay them every month! Horrible company. Should be shut down.

This review is for Lincare overall.nnWhen I was discharged from the hospital in June, they released me on oxygen since I was desaturating while I sleep. I was charged $115 for the month. I used the machine twice and then returned it 2 weeks later.nnInstead of giving me a credit, I received a bill in the mail for the tubing, $3.14. Shortly after getting this bill, they charged my card for the billing amount without my authorization. Even after charging my card, they still sent me another bill with the same amount due.nnI tried calling the phone number listed for billing inquiries, it gives 3 options:nn1. If you know your parties extension, press 1nn2. If you would like to pay your bill, press 3nn3. If you would like to use our company directory, press 9.nnIn other works, you can't speak to a live person about your bill!nnHORRIBLE BUSINESS ETHICS!

The folks at Lincare, Carson City, are absolutely the best. We have been with them for 4 years, and they never let me down on my needs. They even go as far as to remind me of when they will be closed for the holidays.

Just a few words about Lincare of Carson City. I went to Lincare, because the other Medical Supply company in Carson City dropped the ball not only once but twice.nLincare is A-1 one in my book. Big Thank You to Sandy Hughes for her excellent service setting up my new CPAP Machine.nI highly recommend Lincare of Carson City, for your Medical Supplies
