A clean and friendly place to call home. The HOA has done a great job updating the entire complex. Close to everything and still affordable compared to similar condo's in Carson City.

Worse managers ever and are grossly over price for the amenities!!! Used to be best condos till new management

HOA's are usually a bunch of nazi's on motorized scooters looking for dandelions. Not these guys. They do a great job maintaining and improving Carson Park, and keeping everything in order, without being obnoxious. And they're all local, which helps.
