I love Dr. Misti Song. I changed my insurance company just so I could be her patient. While Dr. Song is just awesome the office staff there leaves a lot to be desired. On the occasion they actually answer the phone they are kind of rude. I waited 5 months for a prescription to be sent to my pharmacy, despite the pharmacy contacting them a few times a week. The ladies in the office almost never call me to schedule follow-up appointments or give me my results from tests or procedures I've had done.

Dr. Varrus and his staff are helpful, knowledgeable and awesome in everyway. After getting past the rude, sarcastic and otherwise completely unfriendly and unnecessary lobby attendant, this place is the best in Las Vegas. 5/5 even with the useless orc who guards the potted plant by the exit.

I cannot recommend a Dr Ginsburg for any reason. His office crew is dreadful and I find the Dr himself to be absent of any empathy for other human beings. Patients are no more than troublesome distractions to be mistreated at will.

I can't even make a log in account for my chart the MyChart access code never go through I even make sure that everything is right before I hit the done botton.
