Sierra West Insurance: Allstate Insurance

I have been with Allstate Insurance for decades and my most recent interaction with the Carson City office involved working with Patti Dacus, Agency Manager, to obtain an insurance policy for my daughter's townhouse. At every step of the way, Patti has been extremely responsive and exhibited the highest levels of professionalism. She was able to put together a policy that includes excellent coverage and a very affordable premium. Based on the level of service I have received from Patti, it is unfortunate that I am not able to give her 6 stars.

Recently I had issues with rental property that I have insured with Allstate, and with Gia Atkins' help and diligence, I was able to get my problems resolved and moving forward. After so many years of doing business with Allstate, I continue to be pleasantly surprised at their quick responsiveness and their professionalism. Very pleased they have my back.

Allstate Sierra West Insurance has been the most professional insurance group I have worked with to date. I have all my personal and corporate lines of insurance with them. I primarily work with Brock and Patti and I'm always impressed with their promptness to questions and genuine client service. We live in an age where concierge-like service is important to set yourself apart and this group definitely does that. Additionally, they have excellent technology platforms that help me to seamlessly keep track of my policies. You can rest assured you will be in good hands with the Sierra West Insurance Group, they will treat you like family.

I believe this is my first Google review. If you ever have the opportunity to work with Brock, you will quickly learn that he is a man of integrity and honesty. He and his staff will go out of their way to ensure the customers are satisfied and treated fairly and honestly.nnReading through some of the other reviews, I noticed that most of the bad reviews are based on policy changes or decisions that are made at the corporate level, somewhere far beyond Brock and his staff. Insurance is a form of legalized gambling, with the customer betting they will need insurance and the insurance company betting the customer won't. The insurance company hedges their bet by charging and changing premiums based on the odds they set on the customer needing the insurance.nnBrock and his team try to find the best options for the customer. Their job is to ensure the customer gets the best possible policy for a price they can afford. The transaction doesn't stop there. Brock is there for you when you need questions answered or help navigating the policies. When it comes to insurance, you need to find an honest agency you trust with you and your family's well being. Brock and his team are that agency.
