5 Starr all the way!! Dr Richter and his staff are amazing they have been taking care of me for years! I have had nothing but great care and consideration from all of them. Dr Richter answers all of my questions and he never rushes through he takes his time and trust me I ask a lot of questions! If you want to have great care go here!!! Thank you Dr Richter and staff you guys are the BOMB!!

I went with a friend to her appointment and everyone was so nice I decided to make an appointment. They were able to schedule an appointment right away. I am normally very uncomfortable at these kind of appointments but they were great. I love that I do not have to drive to Las Vegas for a good physician.

Doctor richter dropped my daughter during delivery! Do not see this excuse of a doctor!

Dr.Richter is absolutely amazing, he always listens to my concerns and makes sure I get the best care possible! In the 10 years I have been going to him I have never had a single complaint!!
