The absolute worst medical office I've been to.nThey lost my test results,nI never received my referrals to see a specialist and so much more. I reccomend not using them for anything.

She is great her staff not nurses need much much work. 4 days after a referral was supposed to be put in still hasn’t been done.nI hate to leave her but if staff does shape up I’ll be forced to.

Dr. Hazelitt is absolutely WONDERFUL! Her staff is caring, friendly, and thorough, and so is the doc! We loved having her as our primary care provider and were sad when we had to move away. She is a diamond in the rough. ♥

I am an advocate for my own health and take the alternative approach,when it comes to medicine. most Drs think u are challenging them or stepping on their toes, when u bring in your own notes or what u think it may be,or what u would like tested for. Marianne is happy to work with you .and she is very knowledgeable and offers alternatives for sale at her office. Highly recommend!
