I had an appointment for 2pm, arrived at 1:50pm, after setting in waiting room for 30 minutes I was told it shouldn't be much longer that lunch break was almost over, guess they believe there time is more valuable than patients, it isn't. I walked out and won't be back.

I was having terrible tooth pain coming from a broken wisdom tooth. Call a number of places in Pahrump, all telling me they couldn't take me for weeks. American Dental got me in that day, pulled the tooth, and saved me a lot of pain.

I have had absolutely no issues here EVER! The staff and the dentist are kind & explain everything to me each time I go in for my visit, and understand the magnitude of how deeply sensitive I am both as a person, and physically as well! I highly recommend going to American Dental 100% I have been to other places in Pahrump and I prefer American Dental all the way without a doubt! Five stars for sure!

I usually go to the dentist 4 times a year...I'm from California and proud of my teeth....My teeth are inspected every other cleaning...nI sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes here at American dental, waiting to be called in...Finally just before walking out, I was called in. I can see maybe being a half hour late, that's expected when a dentist is behind...sat in the dentist chair still waiting. Finally they took x-rays...The dentist finally comes in, gives my teeth a cursory look and claimed I needed a deep cleaning for $250 a quadrant...add that up! My teeth are in great shape, and I am diligent with maintenance. I recently visited a dentist 3-months ago..with full exam and xrays and no mention of deep cleanings.nI was told he refuses to do a normal cleaning...I have NEVER had a dentist refuse to clean my teeth! A good dentist would still clean your teeth and advise you on the deep cleaning...I didn't fall for his M.O.....I do not like to deal with people that deal in such practices...I still had to pay $50 for nothing..and still didn't get my teeth cleaned...somehow shyster comes to mind..Take your chances if you have no other alternatives...
