Kelsey (not sure of the spelling we spoke over the phone) was very helpful and took great consideration in making sure I received my package which contained a live animal. Taking the time to coordinate with the driver and myself the best pick up place as the FedEx closest to me would not accept the package. Thank you!
This fed ex Branch was the first location where I was greated with a smile when I walked in, helped right away and showed they cared to make sure I was happy and taken care of before I left.
All I can say is awesome service.
Do not ship from this location.. The woman seem very lost and make sure you keep the tracking number..They lost my Express package..and without it you areloose the tracking number you are Sol!!!
very helpful i had a missed dilivery and drove from another city to pick up my package and they helped me after hours when the call center gave me the wrong time
