Thank God for Austin. He saved me serious grief and got me a dryer. All the staff have gone out of their way to help and while I haven't been a regular customer - the superior service is consistent with the years I've stopped at this store.
Good service with price guarantee and able to hold order until remodel done
I have been without a refrigerator for a week since a power surge during a very bad wind storm knocked it out. Every other place in town and those outside of town could not deliver a reasonably priced fridge until the middle of December at the earliest! I called NNAO and pleaded my case to Don who was extremely understanding and helpful. Not only did he find a fridge in my price range, but he was also able to get it delivered within days of my purchase! Thank you Don!
You can’t blame the pandemic for bad customer service. Don’t purchase anything that is special order. They will not let you know if your item is delayed. After three extra months of waiting for a dryer as a mother that had her dryer catch fire, if you happen to buy an item that is backordered from the pandemic they won’t refund your money because all sales are final. Expect to be treated poorly on the phone and your calls not to be returned. It has been a really long time since I have had such bad customer service. I wanted to support a small local business, but in this case I was so wrong.
A great Appliance Outlet, forget Home depo or Lowe's. They offer far more here. MARK and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I needed a Stacked washer dryer, and Mark gave me a price cheaper than Lowe's and was friendly as was his whole staff. SUPPORT THIS STORE, they have a great selection of all the appliances you could need and they offer the small business type of great service. Also they DELIVER, INSTALL, TEST AND HAUL AWAY THE OLD APPLIANCE. I had Delivery to South Lake Tahoe and they were on time, and very professional.nI will gladly use Northern Nevada Appliance Outlet again! I have peace of mind because they service all their appliances if needed. The big Stores are all about volume, here you get a special kind of quality, value and personal experience. FIVE STARS PLUS
