We stay in the one bedroom suite and find it roomy with two bathrooms and two TV sets. Unfortunately the bistro is closed due to covid. But, next door there are a few restaurants to choose from. We ate at the Palm Court with indoor seating. Lexi, the manager, is really a great person. My wife was nursing knee surgery and she helped us to our room and even carried luggage! Nice!!

The staff is friendly and responsive. The hotel rooms are really nice and spacious. Breakfast is also good.

It was nice but due to covid there is no breakfast or other food amenities. We ordered food in and called To ask for plates and forks and were told that we could come down to the lobby to get plastic forks but there were no plates. Which was fine. But they couldn’t bring us the forks. Or new towels. Or shampoo. For our three night stay. There were only two towels for three nights for two adults and a baby. I would go somewhere more service friendly

Hotel management is terrible at this property. Very filthy every trash can sounding the property is overflowing with trash. No one seems to care I brought it to the attention of the staff. More then one employee on two separate stays a month apart. The room service is poor at best. No creamer no towels (do to a washer being fixed). Ants crawling everywhere near the first floor laundry area. I will be contacting my employer with photos so we can move our contact to another hotel provider. This is NOT Marriott standards. Motel 6 on skid row is better then this disgusting place.

The hotel check in process was smooth and staff was friendly. The room was clean and a nice size. Overall it was a nice stay.
