They are starting to slip. Not finding the stuff that makes me want to stop and shop. I stop for a quick look but don't expect to find it. The shelves are not fully stocked. With several stores in the area I would expect more.

Bought a $30 mask and the size said Adult. I typically were children's sunglasses because I have a small face. Tried it on and it did not fit. It was too small. Tried to return 5 minutes later. The store manager said no returns. There is no sign in the store stating this policy and I am screwed out of the money. Very disappointing

Want poor customer service and a lack of acknowledgment? You’ve found the right place! Came in with full intentions to drop $700+ on a firearm and accessories. Made my way back to the gun counter and zero’d in on my intended purchase. Awesome. Stood by and patiently waited for a sales rep to free up for 10+ mins. Not awesome. Instead of being helped and making a purchase, I stood by the counter and watched as one rep stood at the far scope counter staring off into space, ignoring my existence; and not one, but two other reps try and convince a small lady she needed the more expensive 9mm not the 380, for her first gun. Glad she got helped. I understand trying to work a customer and make a sale, but it was blatantly obviously I had questions and was interested in making a purchase as well. Also, I’m not the only person who was ignored; there was an older gentleman behind me who also wasn’t helped or even looked at. He and I chatted and I mentioned a local store in Reno that I made my last purchase at and advised him to check them out, just like I will be for another gun purchase. Not happy and I won’t be back. Train your reps to acknowledge the customer!

Sign on the door should read worst service before best prices only store I know of that has more people working on a Tuesday morning than a Sunday afternoon stood in line for 25 minutes because I needed a gas tube and the guy at the gun counter spent the whole time trying to convince an old lady she needed their extended warranty plan. Three other workers walked passed me and didn't even offer to grab it off the wall so I could pay up front worst service ever. I'll continue to shop elsewhere like wild bill's or battleborn people that don't cater to Californians buying everything in stock.

Nice clean store. Bought a couple guns there over the years. Knowledgeable staff and good selection
