Clean, well stocked, staffed with friendly people. Seemed a little short on staff when I went but some days are just like that. I didn't have to wait long to ask my question and was helped immediately. Not somewhere I have the chance to shop often but always a nice experience when I do.

Rude employees! Went in and asked for some help, was told by the supervisor that he had called for some assistance. Waited for five minutes until I witnessed an employee heading to the computer section. Thought to myself awesome but he stopped at the supervisor and continued to hold a conversation with an older man that had nothing to do with a purchase or helping a customer for 25 minutes. Terrible customer service, this store needs to pick better employees and supervisors. The employee at the front was kind and friendly though, maybe promote him instead.

I go here for all my electronics because I get help from friendly knowledgeable people. I cant get help at other places very easily. So this is my go to place automatic.

I like this store its clean and I always get a nice greeting.

Went in to get a memory stick for my phone and while I had to stand in line and wait for help at the cell phone area, they offered me a chair since all I had was my cane to lean on. What professionalism and courtesy! Made my day!
