Good coffee nice place to stop and stretch the legs

They changed the pickup location and the Greyhound app sent me to the pickup location from before which caused me to miss my bus. I’m out $70 and they didn’t want to work with me on this error which I feel is their fault. Last time I use this horrible service. Plus all agents sound foreign, hard to communicate with them. Never again.

Always great customer service. Very helpful. Wish they had coffee!
