Great Barber one of the best hair cuts I ever had!

2 men showed up to fix my garbage disposable. Showed me where the black hard to find reset button was. That fixed it. Workers were there 2 minutes and didn’t have to get under the sink. I did that. Total work from Crouch Pluming zero. Total time 2 minutes. Bill total $103.35. Never call them. This is a price gouge rip-off.

Rude customer service. I had a call in through American Home Shield. Crouch told them they had scheduled the appointment but never did. when I called, they were very rude and stated multiple times they would get a round to it. Customer service is not a priority to this company. If you are one that reads reviews, this has a ONE STAR for a reason. Dont waste your time and money here. (unless you have lots of it)

My sisters AC went out 5/7 repairman didn’t get there until 5/11. Said it was fan had to order. When it came in it was the wrong one. Had to order again. Came in on 5/16. AC repaired. Yesterday 5/31 AC went out again. 6/1 repair man came and says Freon out and needs a coil. Guess what ?? Have to ORDER it. It was 108 degrees in Carlsbad today. My mother is living there and she is a heart patient. I would suggest do not call them
