Caprock Air Conditioning and Heating in Hobbs, NM is the very best place for your a/c needs!!! They were so amazing to us and helped us fast. Terry ( boss and owner) went out of his way to accommodate us. And the price was great too. I highly recommend them!
I have never had any problems with them! Actually all my experiences have been great! They know my name when I call, they usually get someone out the same day, and they are polite and explain everything they’re doing! It’s awesome to have a place that cares so much for getting it done quick and done right!!!!

Claims competency, but need to be called out year after year for service on new units.nnThe owner is a moron and the help must be picked up from the local street corner because they are complete morons. You have to call them out year after year to work on brand new units installed by their crack team of certified experts. That includes several times in one day because the first tech didn't do the work correctly.nnSeems to me that the lack of skilled leadership plus simple laziness and greed are what this company excels at. I'd find someone else, hell you could probably do it better yourself, with no knowledge of how an AC unit works.
